Sending us your artwork

Supplying Artwork

There are a few golden rules when supplying artwork for print. Following them will help avoid delays or any nasty surprises on your printed job.

  • All images should be set as CMYK

  • All images should 300dpi

  • All fonts should be embedded, outlined or supplied

Please send two versions of the artwork - one with the template in place and one with it removed. The version without a template will used as a reference and the version without the template will be used to print your job.

We can accept most artwork formats but a print-ready .pdf is ideal in most instances.

Artwork files can be uploaded here.

Here to Help

If you don't have artworking facilities, we can help. If you have a simple design in mind, send over your logo, text and other elements and we can put it together for you. Further design time will be charged at an hourly rate.

Proofing

It is important that you are happy with how your artwork looks before going to print. If you're not able to send us print-ready artwork, we will send a PDF for you to check over and approve before going ahead.

Physical samples can be created and posted to you for a small charge.

If you need any other advice, help or design services, just let us know.
